Read the OOC at the bottom of the first post.
Don't be put off by the first post's incredible length. It was necessary to set the stage.

Writers' Guidelines.
1. If you are not a Texas Hold'em player and don't understand the game, you are not required include a bunch of poker action in your writing. This is more about the interactions between the players than about the game itself.
2. You can write anyone, from Leena or Tom to any of their guests. Please don't introduce new characters, however. I already introduced too many players. I thought variety was important.
3. You can write any player bowing out. Not everyone would be comfortable in such a game, particularly once the flesh abounded and naked individuals began looking for ways to remain in the game.
4. Ignore the length of this initial post -- it was necessary to set the stage -- and keep in mind that lots of readers/writers won't sit through a looooong post. (In fact, I'm surprised you're still reading THIS!)
5. Don't be afraid to write multiple characters in different versions taking different directions, but don't hog up the threads either.
6. Have fun for crying out loud! ; )
7. In case it helps, this is a list of the players:
BTW, Tom and his GSG friends are all close in age at about 30. Other ages are listed or your choice, as signified by (?).
Tom and Leena (?): married; hosts.
Four members of the Gill Street Gang and their significant others:
-- Pete and wife Lois (?)
-- Carl and long time girl friend Sas (?)
-- Hank
-- Cliff
Joy (Leena's sister) (?)
Deb and Rita (lesbian neighbors) (? and ?)
Sophia (Study Abroad student, 18, nationality your choice but she is dark skinned.)
