Virtually anything goes that involves the supernatural. Try to make longer descriptions of any sexual actions and keep the arbitrary killing of the heroine to a minimum (but don't shy away from it if it's really good and naughty). It should be a long dungeon crawl, so don't just introduce Amy and the Demon Lord in too early.
