If you're familiar with the Master PC stories it'll help. Jenny is the victim of mystery man with incredible reality-shaping power and a similar motivation to the typical Master PC sex-mad geek. The Master has discovered that by using a mixture of the most advanced & powerful computing technology, plus the results of the most recent research of quantum physics, that the world’s reality is actually rather flexible…and adjustable…if you have the appropriate computing hardware and a bit of genius. He’s studied various techniques in achieving “adjustments” of reality, and found that all he needs is a sort of quantum-reality software-virus that only needed to be spread around to allow him to start making adjustments. This sounds limited, but the scope of possibilities is huge; the Master quickly realized that with this technology, he could rule the world…but there’s the snag that others might also stumble across the evidence and also create a machine such as he has. To block any competition, the Master is trying to set-up his own covert-operations agency, using only teenage girls & young women (he suspects that guys would be too recalcitrant to cooperate…besides the girls are a lot more fun!). The quantum-reality software-virus (QRSV) must be physically implanted into the target…with Jenny, he used a spray-gun, but he considers this method too chancy (it’s hard to estimate if enough of the QRSV was used, and if there was too little…would there be some sort of immunity-adaptation?).
