Cloud wandered to a city. A real big city....Alexandria. He had heard that the princess was really a babe. Garnet is what she has been named. Tonight is her 16th birthday and the queen had held a tremendous celebration for her. And tonight's premeire show is "My Princess and the Canary" by Tantalus.
As Cloud walks into the city, he sees plenty of nobles rushing to the castle. It's where the show's being held. He came across a wizard.....a short and weird looking wizard. He was holding his ticket and rushing to the entrance.
"Excuse me, sir? I would like to enter the castle please. I want to watch the show," said the wizard.
"Well, I'm sorry my friend. It seems like your ticket is a fake. I couldn't let you in. Sorry though," said the guard.
The wizard backdowned from the entrance booth and with a depressed look he walked away. Suddenly he bumped into a strange talking cat.
"Hey, watch where you're going. Hmm.... I see you have a fake ticket in your hand. You want to watch the show? I can help you. But you'd be my slave. Is that a deal?" offered the cat.
Cloud noticed this and decided to make an offer to him too.
"Hi, I'm Cloud," said Cloud offering his handshake to the wizard.
"I'm Vivi," said the wizard.
"Well, I have an offer for you too, Vivi. I could used some help from a black mage like you for my journey. Hmm... I'll get you in but you'd travel with me. How's that for a deal?" |
