Naruto fought his way through the appendages, who surprisingly did nothing to stop him. In fact, he could pull Ino out of her bindings, and brought her with him to the other side of the cave.
He looked her over: She was a mess. Sweat covered her panting body. Some ooze was leaking out of her by now well-stretched holes, and no matter how much he tried to reach her, Ino only repeated her mantra, her eyes remained dull. But Naruto had little time to take care of her when he was facing the Kyuubi, unshackled.
The great demon fox however only snorted once. "I'VE DONE NOTHING BUT SHOWING THIS GIRL WHAT SHE LIKED TO SEE. DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU TWO ACTUALLY HAVE A CRUSH ON THE SAME GIRL?", he asked with a grin as he preyed on Narutos feelings again.
"What. Have. You. DONE?!", Naruto yells, enraged that he had caused this.
"SHOULDN'T YOU BE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE FACT THAT THE SEAL NO LONGER KEEPS ME LOCKED AWAY? NOW I AM AT LAST FREE.", the Kyuubi yelled, victorious at long last.
Naruto knew that, of course. But even he had no idea what that meant. "What will happen now?", Naruto asked. He would not go down without a fight, that was for sure. He would not let this fox harm his friends anymore than she had already done.
But the Kyuubi only growled at him. "TRUTH BE TOLD, NOW I CAN ONLY BEGIN REGENERATING MY TRUE STRENGTH. BUT DON'T YOU WORRY, THESE TWO GIRLS YOU HAVE AT YOUR SIDE NOW WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T INTERFERE WITH ME. OH, AND OF COURSE, I CAN INFLUENCE YOU BETTER.", the Kyuubi explained. "SO, I SUGGEST YOU BETTER MAKE GOOD USE OF THE TIME YOU HAVE LEFT, NARUTO, BEFORE I TAKE OVER. MAYBE HAVE SOME FUN WITH THEM, I THINK THEY WOULD HAPPILY HELP YOU WITH THAT.", the Kyuubi said and a feral roar that was in fact laughter made the entire room shake.
"Bastard fox! I won't let that happen!", Naruto said before he left the mindscape with Inos mindbody along with him... he could only hope that she could get over this. |
