Naruto's World | alpha-xeta | 5

Temari had just arrived in her designated room in one of Konohas finer lodgings, as her gaze fell upon a letter that was certainly left there for her. After all, it was her name that was scrolled on the top. The letter read:

Temari.

Tonight, I want to settle it once and for all. Meet me on the training grounds at 11. I will not go lightly on you.

Regards,
Konohas Weapon Mistress

Temari grimaced... what a ridiculous and archaic way to settle something. Surely the weirdness of that team had rubbed off on her. Still, a challenge was a challenge, and her pride was on the line...

So Temari showed up, naturally. Armed with her fan and some medical supplies... for the other girl, of course.

The moon breaking through the starlit treetops, she awaited her opponent.

And just as the moon moved into close to its peak, Tenten arrived at the scene, carrying a large scroll with her.

"You're early."

Temari shrugged.

"Still pining because of that beating I gave you a few years ago?" she said smugly, "Isn't that a tad childish?"

"You are the only person to have ever disgraced me," she smirked, "I'll show you how I've grown. You'll admit it too, when I win."

"And what do I get out of this?"

Tenten grinned, "If I lose, I'll do anything."

"Anything? You have the power for that, little girl?"

"Fine. If I lose, I'll do anything you want, that's within my ability. Your own little maid, for as long as you can stomach it."

"I hope you have the dress picked out, little girl," Temari laughed.

Of course, she knew that Tenten wasn't to be taken lightly... but psychological warfare was just too much fun.

Tenten and Temari readied their weapons... Temari opening her fan, Tenten clutching the mysterious scroll.

Who wins the clash? Or are they interrupted by something or someone?
