Today was the day. Ino had decided to settle the rivalry between her and Sakura, and it wouldn't be a peaceful truce or anything... quite the contrary actually. Her plan was as simple as ingenious: Take over Sakuras body and have fun with it while ruining Sakuras reputation and other things. So, after sending Sakura out to a vacant room inside the hospital with a fake letter by Tsunade, Ino hid herself behind a desk, that gave her cover as well as a perfect aim at the door, if Sakura would enter...
And that moment would come soon. As predicted, Sakura entered the room, looking for Tsunade.
"Tsunade-sama? Where are you?", the pinkhead asked, befuddled as to why her teacher wasn't around.
Now was her chance, Ino realized. Flipping through the familiar handseals, Ino focused her chakra. "Shintenshin no Jutsu!", Ino proclaimed.
Just as those words reached Sakuras ears, she turned around just in time to see Inos body collapse as her spirit left it in pursuit of taking over Sakuras.
The two froze like this for a few seconds, as it would take a moment for the Jutsu to take effect... |
