Piper walked beside Kael into the mist that acted as a barrier to her "room". Within moments it was so thick that she could barely see an inch in front of her face. Disoriented she grasped blindly for were she thought Kael should be. After a little flailing she caught ahold of his arm. She such relief when she made contact with him that she forgot briefly how much it always made her skin crawl every time he touched her. She almost let go again, but she was more afraid of being lost in the milky whiteness forever then she was disgusted by the feel of his skin, so she held on, allowing him to lead her through the nothingness.
Suddenly mist parted and she could see again. After so long of being effectively blind it took her a moment to get her bearings. The space she was in now was identical to the place they had left. Piper gave Kael a weird look out of the corner of her eye, her big reward was a five minute stroll through fog? This was definitely the room they had just left, the exact same bed, the exact same table, the exact same bathroom. Then the bathroom door opened and someone stepped out.
"Paige?" Piper cried out in disbelief.
"Piper?" Paige exclaimed at almost the same time.
The two sisters raced to each other in a flying embrace. Piper looked into Paige's eyes' and saw tears beginning to form, then reached up to wipe one out of her own eye. Paige was wearing an identical outfit to the one Piper was wearing, except hers was blue. One look into Paige’s eyes’ and Piper didn’t how to imagine what had been happening to her over the last three weeks, because the same things had been happening to her.
“You have both been good girls,” Kael said, “And so I have allowed you to see each other, remain good girls and I will let you see each other more often.” Kael opened his robe.
