Sharon winced as she heard the call disconnect. She sighed at the conversation, then looked at her companion, "Well Bridge. That's done."
"Was she mad?" Bridgett asked.
"Extremely. I...I hope this is worth it Bridge. I really do. She was my first friend you know. I mean you may have known her longer...but she has my heart in a lot of ways."
Bridgett shrugged, "It's for her own good. When you told me you had done what you did, and then this morning when I called her and found out it was more than just a crush...she had to know, girl."
"I know that. God, why couldn't she have told him? Just done it already? It's not that big of a deal."
"It's the way she was raised. Which isn't a bad thing. She wants Jeremy to love her...not think of her as easy and a piece of ass."
"I know that. Don't think I don't. But...did it have to end our friendship? This? We didn't even go all the way." Sharon asked.
"She'll get over it. Remember...her family raised her to be forgiving. And not pick on anyone to belong. Hence why you and her are friends."
