You sigh and watch mournfully as the rest of your class leaves. This should be interesting....Mrs.Moffats never been this angry before..especially with you.
Once the class has left Mrs.Moffat turns from the blackboard and raises her eyebrows cooly at you.
"Thankyou for staying behind Mr. ." She slowly approaches your desk, her grey skirt swinging at knee height. Mrs.Moffat looks down at you through her glasses and sighs slowly.
"Whats gotten into you ?" She begins, standing at the front of your desk. "You used to be so nice and reliable...but..lately....is everything at home alright?"
"Yeah," you reply curtly.
"You sure ?" She reaches down and lightly places one hand on your shoulder, her eyes softening behind her glasses. "I'm here to help you you know."
Wow, you think to yourself, she's feeling really sorry for you.
