You turn around swiftly to find a short sword waiting for you at neck-level. You swallow hard.
"I will not ask again. Where is Nasu? He has been a bad boy, and it's payback time!"
"NO way!"
It looks just like Ayame, a ninja from Tenchu. Same dark brown hair in a spiked-ponytail. Same baggy, yet hip-revealing pants. Same blades. Speaking of which...
"N-Nasu? I don't know who that is." Which you don't, since this is the first time you've played this game.
"Big blind man, probably had some geishas with him."
"Oh," you say. He must be the boss of this level, you think. "He's probably north from here."
"Probably?"
"I'm....new around here."
"Then you are of no use to me."
"INTRUDER!!!"
She looks back. "Damn, they must've found a body." She looks at you. "Pretend i'm your woman, or i'll cut your throat." You pretend she's your woman when the guards approach.
"You there! Have you seen anyone suspicious around here?"
"No, guard-san," you reply as casually as you can.
"No? Who's that?" He points his spear at Ayame.
"My woman."
"Yeah? Prove it! Kiss her!"
You look at Ayame, expecting her to leap out and strike, but she's so into the role, she just looks up innocently at you, giggles and blushes. "Yes, kiss me, honey."
You lay a good kiss on her, and the guards leave, satisfied that she is as you say.
You start to go too, but she stops you. |
