You slip unnoticed out the door with the rest of the class and do not hang around to see if Mrs. Moffat has noticed your absence. As you stroll down the crowded hallway your mate Jimmy catches up to you and falls in alongside.
"Damn !" Jimmy manages to smile and frown both at once. "You're turning all bad ass! Moffat's gonna be pissed off!"
"Yah," you shrug, unperturbed, feeling a warm glow inside as you begin to enjoy this new "fucking the consequences thing".
"As wanky as it sounds man," you begin , "life's to short to try and fit yourself into school's shitty rules..I mean..these are our golden years!..or something like that."
Jimmy raises his eyebrows and shakes his head. "I don't know what the fuck you've done with my straight A student friend but..you're gonna get yourself into some deep shit !"
"Well anyway," Jimmy continues, trying to come to terms with the new you. "You coming to Italian now or do you have something more rebellious to do?"
"Good question".....you wonder out loud.....how far should you go with this carefree attitude to school and life?
Italian with Ms. Cabitza is always fun...but you could wonder round school instead and see what else arises..or even just leave school for the day! Or what about just sneaking in to some random class just for a laugh? Hmmmm.....you notice Jimmy getting impatient as you think |
