Seanna talks to the man at the front desk of the hotel who tells her that there is a street festival tonight in the Old City district.
"Sounds like fun!" Nicole says. "Maybe it's like Mardi Gras!"
The girls decide to check it out. Seanna wears a brightly colored cotton summer dress. Nicole opts for a tight, low-cut pink vest and skirt.
The girls head out and make their way to the Old City. It's the oldest part of the city, from the colonial days, now decaying slowly into destitution. The sound of drums and festive music fill the air. The girls try and make their way through the throngs of people in the streets. It's exciting but claustrophobic.
