Band of Adventurers | moonblack | 2

The door opened and through it entered a creature like nothing Janno had ever seen. The visitor had the body of a young girl from the waist up. Below the waist, however, her body was a cloud of air. Her slim waistline was like a border between the two. The human part of her body seemed to simply melt into a small cloud. Her entire body was bluish-white in color, except for the eyes, lips and hair. Her eyes and lips were sea-blue while her hair had the color of silver. She had no clothing at all and Janno couldn’t stop himself from staring at her large round breasts and her hard nipples, which were clearly visible. He felt his cock get hard in his pants.

“I am sorry to bother you, sir, but I have a message for you.” Janno’s visitor said and Janno noticed that she not only looked, but also sounded like a young girl. Her right hand moved from the side of her body to in front of his face and Janno saw that the girl was holding a folded piece of paper. He cursed himself mentally for letting the girl’s looks distract him so much. If she had been holding a knife or another weapon in her hand, she could’ve killed him easily and he would’ve been completely unable to react.

“Um… thanks.” Janno managed to get out and took the scroll from the girl’s hand.

“Have a nice day, sir.” She said politely and then her body simply dissipated in the air, starting from the lowest part of her body. When she was gone, Janno turned his attention to the message. He opened it and started reading.

“Dear sir, I learned that you want to build an adventuring party. I believe we can help each other. Tonight before dinner, I will come to speak with you and tell you the details. I am sorry we cannot meet sooner, but I have a few things to take care of first here in town. I apologize for the inconvenience.”

The message was not signed. Janno couldn’t tell if it was sent by a man or a woman. The writing was such that it could be either.

After reading the letter a second time Janno wondered what kind of person had sent it. It could be a summoner. That would explain why it was brought by such an unusual messenger. But there were plenty of summoning scrolls anyone could use according to what Janno had heard, although he had never seen one himself. Therefore, the sender could be any kind of person. He or she could be a summoner, a wizard, a druid, a warlock, a fighter, a ranger, a cleric, a necromancer, and so on. There was no point in guessing, as Janno realized when he started thinking about the possibilities. Also there was no guarantee the message was from a single person, and not from a group. So he decided to wait. He had nothing better to do anyway.

Does the sender of the message come? Or does someone else beforehand?
