After you stand up your mother starts cleaning your back. She cleans the top and bottom and leaves your butt for last. She take one cheek and pulls it back. You here your sisters laughing but your mother doesnt care. She takes a dump rag and starts cleaning but stops.

Not being able to turn around you ask, "Whats wrong?"

You look at her and tell her to shut up but she laughs. Your mother comes back in holding a t-shirt a pair of shorts and a diaper.
You see what shes holding and you ask, "Wait do I have to wear a diaper."
Your mother says, "If your going to mess like a baby then you will wear a diaper like a baby. Also it protects you from leaking. Now spread your legs."
You do and she puts the diaper on you.
She then says, "Ok get out of the tub and get dressed."
You put the t-shirt and shorts on. You look in the mirror and you notice the shirt is little small and you can definitely tell from the shorts theres a bulk.
You dont say anything but your twin does she says, "Wow you can def tell your wearing a diaper."
Your mother says, "Ok lets go."
By the time you get to the car the sun is rising and you all get in. Your mother and you in the front your sisters in the back. Your mother drives to the hospital fast. You get in and see the waiting room has some people and a couple little kids. You feel nervous thinking someone will nervous.
The front desk nurse asks, "Hi how may help you?"

The nurse said, "Ok fill out the paperwork and bring it back when your done. The doctor will see you shortly."
Your mother takes the clipboard. Your guys all go to the waiting room to sit. You notice people are trying not to stare but see some glances and a few whispers. You also notice the little kids in front of you playing with blocks staring you then close your eyes waiting for your name. But you feel a tap on your knee.
You look up and see a little kid staring at you you ask, "Can I help you?"
He asks, "Are you wearing a baby diaper?"
You ask, "Yeah so."
In a loud voice he says, "But diaper are for babies. Your a baby."
All the sudden everyone looks at you and laughs.
The little kids stop playing there parents dont stop them and they start chanting, "Baby wears diaper baby wears diapers."
Your twin edges them on, "Hey kids do babies where pants."
They say, "No."
Your sisters said, "Then why should he."
Your eyes widen as the little kids over power you and pull you on the ground and your pants off. The room roars with laughter. The kids showing strength rip your shorts so you cant put them on. You get back in the chair in just a diaper. You hear your name get called. You start walking trying to pull your shirt down but its not doing any good. The nurse lead you to a room your family and you get in. You look around and notice its quiet huge. Its got mirrors going all around.
The nurse says, "Strip down and put your cloth on the desk then sit on the table."
You turn to see a computer desk and take your shirt off you put it on the desk.
The nurse says, "The diaper too baby."
You give her a look shes trying not to laugh but you remove the diaper and her eyes widen. You then put the diaper on the desk under the shirt and sit on the table. The nurse undoes it puts the diaper on top in full view. She then goes back to the door and glances down to your legs which are wide open. You notice and quickly put your legs together.
Trying to hold back the laughter she says, "Ok the doctor will be with you momentarily."
She closes the door but you can still hear the laughter.
You also hear the nurse say, "Hey you want to see the smallest penis."
Your face turns red.
The doctor comes in and goes, "I must be in the wrong room theres no baby in here."
He looks at the room, "No this is the right room."
The doctor looks at the desk and then at you and says, "Oh your the baby."

The doctor said, "I am sorry but the nurse said I had a patient in a diaper I thought she meant baby."
You dont notice your legs loosening and spreading.
The doc said, "My bad anyway what seems to be."

The doctor said, "Oh sorry but this is a teaching college and all the students and staff heard about you and are watching on the other side."

He looks at you and says, "Lead over the table so I can have a look."
You get off the table the lean over it. You hear the snap of a glove then you feel the doctor spreading your cheeks.
