"Uhm yeah I'll sit with you." Oliver said.
"Great." Hayley grabbed Oliver's hand and led him into the cafeteria, Oliver was slightly embarrassed his embarrassment subsided when he realized nobody in the room knew they were siblings. She led him to a small table in the back where her friend was already sitting.
"This is my brother Oliver." Hayley said.
"Hi, I'm Ashlin. It's nice to meet you." The girl gave Oliver a cute wave, she was obviously shy. Oliver had seen her around school before, she was slightly taller than Hayley, had chestnut colored hair tied back in a pony tail, big brown eyes, light skin and was well endowed.
"Ashlin's our neighbor, she lives down the block from us." Hayley said. " I'll go get us food, you two talk." Hayley hastily left the table. She quickly glanced back at Oliver and gave him a wink.
" So how did you meet my sister?" Oliver felt a need to break the uncomfortable silence.
"Oh, I found her walking around in circles by the science labs." Ashlin said.
" Damn it I told her to make a left after the vending machines." Oliver said. Ashlin laughed.
"So have you been going to this school long?" Ashlin asked.
"All four years." Oliver said.
"Oh wow me too, I'm surprised I haven't seen you around before." Ashlin seemed to be debating what she was going to say next. "Are you seeing anyone?"
Oliver was caught a bit off guard by the question. "Uh No. no. not right now."
"Oh." Ashlin said.
"Are you?" Oliver asked.
Ashlin seemed to think the question over for a minute. "Kind of, I mean there is this one guy but it's not really serious." She said.
"Hey!" Hayley returned, dropping a burger in front of Oliver. "Did she tell you about Saturday yet?"
"Saturday?" Oliver looked to Ashlin.
"Yes, I'm having a barbecue at my house on Saturday." Ashlin said. " It's nothing big just my dad, my sister and I. I'd really like it if you two came."
"They have a pool!" Hayley screamed at Oliver.
