The possibilities of where to start we're endless. David could make himself appear to be a bit older and head to any of the hot bars in town that he had thus far only heard about, or he could go to the nearby university and pick someone there. Then again, he could just walk down the street and pick any house at random, knock on the door, and see what develops.
