The fight is not looking so good for you as Pandita continues to use a mixture of fighting styles to confuse you when she herself is startled.

"POLICE!" the lead officer screams "GET ON THE GROUND, HANDS BEHIND YOUR HEAD BOTH OF YOU!" he commands, you and Pandita don't have to be told twice, both of you hit the floor placing your hands behind you with your fingers laced and are both arrested.
However after a trip to the police station after showing the officers the notes from the teachers your story seems to be the more valid one, you are released and allowed to go home.
