She did not like the look of the house, something semed eerie about it - even more then the dark streets. So she kept walking, looking to get back into the better part of the town. Suddenly she heard steps - somebody following her? She stopped, and so did the steps. She looked around but so nobody. She wnt on, and the steps continued - so she had a stalker! And he (somehow she had the feeling it had to be a man) got closer all the time. What should she do? Maybe she should just stop and walk into his direction, confronting him. She often managed to intimidate stronger man just by bold acting. Or she could start running; although she had been walking a while, she was in a fit condition, due to many training and jogging. Or maybe she should hide and wait till he was gone? There was a very dark, narrow alley to the right. |
