Slowly you reach into your pocket and draw out a thin lace choker. You reach forward and place it around Wendy's neck, clipping it together at the back and gently placing a tiny padlock through the clips. It's not too tight but fits snugly. At the front a small silver ring acts as the attachment for the slim leather lead you show her.
"Not now" you say, "but whenever we're in private you will be leashed as well. Do you understand?"
Head bowed Wendy nods
"And the collar will remain on at all times, signifying my total control over you"
Her breasts are heaving a little below the dress so you reach out and gently squeeze one, pinching the nipple to erectness,making her gasp.
Taking her hand you pull her up and lead her to the bathroom. Checking first, you push her into the empty room and take her to a stall.
