You decide to call the condominium office and see about having your water heater checked out.
Lizzette, the matronly office manager answers, "Orange Groves Condominiums, I'm Lizzette, may I help you?"
"Hi Lizzette, it's John in 43. I was wondering if I could have maintenance come look at my hot water. I've been having to take nothing but cold showers lately and I'm starting to wrinkle," you add with a chuckle.
Lizzette laughs along and replies, "Sure but Enrique is out for awhile, he broke his leg."
"That's a real shame."
"Yeah, he was helping Mrs. Thorne replace her wardrobe and he ended up taking a bad tumble down a flight of stairs."
"That really is terrible... Will he be alright?"
"Oh, he'll be fine. Until he gets better, we have to contract out for maintenance. Would you like me to send her over?"
"Sure, how soon can I expect service? I was thinking of going golfing today."
"Oh, it won't be long. This service is pretty prompt."
"Right. Thanks Liz," you say as you hang up the phone. Wait... did she say the new maintenance person was a she?
