Trying to use the railing's bars as a ladder you attempt to climb your way back up the the stairs that will get you to the roof when suddenly one of the bars you were using as a foot hold gives out, unable to adjust for the sudden strain to your arms you lose your grip and fall, managing to grab the railing at what is now the bottom of the landing.
Your eyes widen as you hear more straining, the landing gives out and you only stop screaming when you hit the ground 4 floors below you.
