"You know my rider will still be faster," Eva says as they look over the general's itinerary. "They can teleport."
"I may not be a magician, Eva," Tamsin answers back. "But I know teleporting can be very unpredictable. Maybe you can do it reliably, but you need to stay here."
Eva shrugs. "We know where Flynn Boyle will be. Even if my rider Jacinda doesn't teleport into the camp, she won't be far."
"Suit yourself..."
That night the magician Jacinda Barrett receives her instructions from Lady Green. The cute blonde slips on her form-fitting dress and a cloak. She packs her supplies into a bag, straps her trusty knife into her belt and gets out her wand. According to Eva's calculations, the general should be camped in the Dark Woods. Jacinda speaks some magic words and casts a teleport spell.
She vanishes in a flash of light and reappears elsewhere - but not in the general's camp. She's not even in a forest! She's on top of a mountain...
