"I thought I'd just swim in these," you tell her, pointing at the cargo shorts.
She steps back a moment, then looks you up and down. After a pause, she shakes her head.
"I don't think it'll work," she says. "We have to walk home again later and you can't walk home in soaking wet shorts."
You panic, thinking that she might abandon the idea of swimming with you all together because you forgot your swimming gear. You begin hastily thinking of ways to keep staring at that gorgeous 5' 10" body. |
