(Please be aware never had a piercing myself and had to do a quick search on the net for the basics, if it doesnt sound right or wrong procedure just bare with it, its just a story too)

"Ok normally i would prefer to do this at the shop but for Tony, i make exceptions" said Micky, leading you over to Tony's recline. It was covered in a plastic sheet.
"Oh dont worry about that, its more for sterilzation purposes." says Micky, patting the chair.
You sit down, trying to relax as Micky picks up a tray of tools.
"Ok first off we can do this a few ways, you can take this" says Micky motioning to the pill on the try. "Its an antibotic, it will help with any infections and such, or we can go with the alcholol".
"... I'll take both" you reply, picking up the pill and swalloing it.
Micky raises an eyebrow at your sudden action.
"Ok first off, pretty simple, take your top off" says Micky.
You reach up and grabbing the hem of your t-shirt your start to pull it off.
"Oh wait a minute" says Tony with a smile as he moves up behind the chair. He recharges down and grabs your shirt, pulling it up over your heard, purposedly dragging his hands over your impressive breasts.
Micky pauses for a moment. "Ok .... wow you are ready arnt you, and no bra too" says Micky, staring your already erect nipples.
You blush at the comment. "Ok, just going to mark the entry marks here and here" replied Micky with a small little que tip. "Just a bit of alcholol and numb agent too.
You start to feel nervous as Micky picks up quite a large machine.
"Ok you will hear a bang then possibly feel a light prick then the first nipple will be done" says Micky as he positions the hand piercing tool over your nipple.
Your swallow hard, begining to doubt what you agreed to now.
You glance over at Tony, noticing he has an evil smile on his face and rubbing his groan on the edge of the recline.
"BANG"
You almost jump out of the chair, but realize it was the piercing gun. You glance down and look as Micky takes the machine away.
"Ok take this"Micky hands your a small first aid wipe. "Hold it to your nipple"
You feel a stinging sensation in your nipple but drop it when you feel another sharp sting and "BANG"
"Perfect pair" says Micky, leaning back on the recline stool.
You look down at the gold glinting in your nipple. They wore two simple studs, but they really emphazied your nipples.
"Ok, leave them in for 24-48 hours, after that, take them out, wash the studs, and put the studs back in. Then after 3 days or so, you can take the studs out and replace them with what ever you want" says Micky, wiping his hand.
You gently touch your nipple and feel the familure pain and pleasure sensation.
"Ok and now for the good stuff. Take off your pants" says Micky.
