Candice calls early Saturday morning to confirm the plans. Melissa says everything was still on. She tells Candice to come over right away wearing something that says, 'naive, but horny'.
Melissa recounts the statement made by her doctor about the birth control shot. His description talked of 5 days, although she had read 7 days. Melissa decided she would trust what she read, and continue with the plans.
Her parents had left for the weekend Friday night, and Melissa had told them to let the staff have the weekend off, too. She explained she could feed herself for 2 days. Melissa had checked the house and she was the only one around. She cooked herself breakfast, knowing many calories would be burned today.
Taking a quick shower, she walks into her bedroom just as her phone rings. She recognizes Brent's voice on the line, with Robert in the background. He asks if she is ready to finish the payment plan.
