Dianna has spent her entire life navigating the streets of Tharros. When she was a young child her parents were both killed by the leader of a ruthless street gang when they refused to pay him protection money. Using Dianna’s parents as an example the gang was able to force entire neighborhoods to pay their protection cost. Using the money the gang has since solidified itself in several neighborhoods increasing both their size and strength tenfold.
After her parents’ deaths Dianna spent many years on the street. As a young orphan girl she had no one to look out for her. So she quickly learned how to fend for herself. Her heart grew hard and her mind grew quick. Her instinct for survival drove her forward constantly and her lust for revenge gave her the will to do things she would not otherwise have been strong enough to do.
Overtime it became clear to Dianna that no matter how clever she was and no matter how quick she was she would not be able to survive on her own forever. Once she realized this she began to gather others around her. Fellow orphans mostly, with a few runaways mixed in. She tended towards recruiting individuals with useful skills such as pick pocketing or fighting experience.
This process of recruitment continued for several years with Dianna and her band of misfits living in abandoned rundown buildings and back alleyways. Until on her twentieth birthday Dianna decided that her group, now fifteen strong, was ready to settle down and set up a permanent home. Now the only question is where will they find this home and how will they make it their own?
