Mr. B's elder step-sister, Amy, had been a complete and utter bitch to him for all of the five years he had known her. She pointedly ignored his presence at breakfast and dinner and blackmailed girls who liked Mr. B into dumping him. Money mysteriously went missing from his room whenever she was home. Twice, her sorority sleepovers pantsed him and locked him out of his own house.
Amy dropped out of college to become a model. After thoroughly mismanaging her career -- despite her beauty, Amy had no patience for hard work -- she started a modelling agency. They money she used for this was subtacted directly from Mr. B's trust fund.
Mr. B and I flew into New York and headed for Amy's trendy, fashionable office. The modelling agency was on the 13th floor.
